The Dazzling Heights picks up right where The Thousandth Floor delivered the last shocking blow. This book dives deeper into the chaotic connections throughout the tower and into dangerous territory. One word to describe this book is just scandalous because there are so many crazy, gasp-worthy things happening at any time in this tower where the rich have the high level advantage but also the longest drop down.

There isn't always a right and wrong side to situations. For instance, is it truly right to fight "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth?" The line between revenge and justice can be blurred and gray in situations, especially if a life is involved. Here, a handful of characters are bound by secrets to one tragic night, involving a tragic accident that they swore not to tell of. However, time only stalls the inevitable, and there is ALWAYS someone watching.... whether they like it or not.

Loved the way things moved along with old and new characters- didn't like the way it ended though. Looks like the author wants another sequel!
