An excellent book introducing basic Yoga poses to young children. The illustrations are delightful and simple to follow, the text, easy to read. I like Frog's facial expressions. I have tried these poses with children who have had lots of fun doing them, including their parents. We come away feeling good, relaxed and energised.

Yoga Frog isn't really a morning frog, in fact he wakes up grumpy. We are taken through a child / adult friendly yoga session with clear and easy to understand illustrations of each of the poses. The description of each pose is easy to read and accessible to beginning readers. Frogs facial expressions are a highlight of the book.
