Volume 3 Episode 4 consists of the following titles: A Soldier-King's Son: Young King Leopold III of Belgium finds himself ruling a country that is facing Nazi German aggression on two fronts, one from Germany and the other within his own country. He is determined to remain neutral, but better prepared than 1914. An Uncle Sam Production : With motion pictures and the Great Depression almost putting live theatre out of business, the New Deal Works Progress Administration (WPA) created the Federal Theatre Project to help revitalize the industry. St. Lawrence Seaway: Against strong opposition from Mississippi Valley and eastern seaboard businesses President Franklin D. Roosevelt is still supporting the St. Lawrence Waterway Treaty with Canada. The seaway, already ninety percent complete, has only forty-eight miles to opening shipping for the Midwest to the Atlantic Ocean. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers continues to make improvements while waiting for ratification that will allow work to begin on the international rapids.
