What I like about Jamie Oliver is that he makes very simple dishes. His books are always filled with beautiful pictures of his creation to aid you

Interesting to read. Jamie uses a down to earth, unpretentious writing style. Some of the recipes use British units. Basic, but nothing I would prepare.
