Review excerpt: "The early works of Crusie are fun to read because you see her starting out with some sizeable writing muscles, and you know already that she eventually turns into something of a powerhouse. Not that I’m sucking up or anything. Really. Swear."

Next to Jennifer Crusie's, Bet Me, this is one of my favorite of her books. Granted, I haven't yet read them all, but have enjoyed every single one that I have read. The humor in this rom-com was delicious. I had a silly grin watching the romance unfold as did the various shades of color in Lucy's hair. The suspense was a fun surprise and kept the pages turning. This will definitely go into my read again pile.

A funny book with a lot of wit. A light read.

A very pleasant light romance with a few chuckles along the way.

Love all Jennifer Crusie books. Lots of fun dialogue and sexual tension.
