This had some seriously contradictory information in it. In one section it says that "good oils" are sunflower, canola and safflower because they're polyunsaturated. Then in another section it says that too much omega 6 found in these same oils is dangerous and has to be counteracted with more omega 3 oils. I got the impression this book was very confused. Skip it and read "Eat Real Food" by David Gillespie.
