MY SWEET AUDRINA

The house in the wood was picturesque and charming. The family who lived there were happy and affluent. So what was the secret of the room - empty of everything but the rocking chair?

Audrina wanted to be as good as her sister. Audrina knew her parents could not love her as they loved her sister. Her sister was perfect, much loved - and dead.

But how did she die? Who was Audrina and who did she have to become? What was the secret that everyone knew? Everyone except sweet Audrina...

A very typical V.C. Andrews novel. I will read the new sequel next and see how the ghost writer blends it with this one from about 20 years ago.

V.C. Andrews does not disappoint. If you a follower of her writings then this is another intriguing novel. For some reason I have a difficult time putting down the book once I begin........ it just draws me in (even tho I figured out the mysterious answer before the end).

I read this when it came out when I was a little girl. The main character is a little girl at the beginning, so this book leaves a very haunting memory! I'm going to reread it as an adult and see what I remember! If you love a realistic horror story, you'll like this.
