For anyone who has been curious about 'the secret' and has either read the book or watched the DVD and wondered how grounded the content was this book is a good read. The author a New York journalist of some note has really dug deep in her research and offers some further insights into the law of attraction and the claims by Rhonda Byrne author of the secret. I found the exploration to be balanced and it helps to take away a little of the magic of the secret which depending on which side of the belief you sit on is either a good thing or not. I for one enjoyed that the author played devils advocate.
