Giselle and Holly are sisters, each struggling with an endless list of issues. They take turns narrating the book. The book begins after Giselle has dropped out of med school after being hospitalized for anorexia. There are a lot of books that cover eating disorders in teenagers, and this book is somewhat set apart by the fact that it is an adult character suffering from anorexia. The book has a lack of focus, with strange details appearing randomly.

This book is a OK book. I think it helped me see the word from a diiferent point of view. The ending is kinda hard to understand though...
