It is a thought provoking film and it means so much especially when you know it is a based on a true story. The acting was well done.

After learning that she was adopted, Hannah decides to spend her Spring Break searching for her birth mom in Mobile, Alabama. She finally finds her birth mother's law firm, and goes there to talk to her mother, only to be avoided and picked up by her dad, who had been looking for her. Eventually, after much soul-searching, town searching, learning, and emotional turmoil, Hannah ends up at a church where a kind priest helps her decide to forgive her parents, both adoptive and by birth, and to continue on with her life, despite her feelings of being unwanted and rejected.
