Eye-opening and very interesting but to be taken with more than a grain of salt. Some of the information is simply wrong, and some seems to be determined on a "fits the facts so must be true" basis. Lots of glitz that gets old pretty quickly. I would recommend it, but as a basis for discussion rather than a substitute for education.

Tedious and repetitive with far-fetched, over-simplified and often downright wrong conclusions, this is popular "history" (can't call it science) for the easily impressed and uninformed. Very disappointing. The concept of seemingly unlikely connections having effects across history is an interesting one and deserves better treatment.

It could be an excellent and valuable documentary. Unfortunately when trying to use sciences to explain various world events, it relies on historians instead of scientists in the corresponding fields. Thus many conclusions in this series reveal the ignorant of their so-called historians in many of these subjects. For example, the ridiculous comments and conclusions about the wireless telecommunication, cell-phones, binary numbers and the origin of computer virus are really comic (at least to engineers and researchers in this field). With various scenes copied from movies and other science videos, the audio, visual production worth 5 stars. Its own scientific coverage worth less than 2 stars! It's not science. It's not sci-fi. It combines the nonsenses with common general knowledge at grade 10 (2014's).
