Kelly's mom doesn't understand about red. Red mittens make better snow-balls, red boots take bigger steps, and juice tastes better in a red cup. No doubt about it, red is best. This plucky tale of one toddler's stubborn color preference has marched its way into the hearts of readers around the world!

When I was little, this book was among my favourites! Stinson really captures what it is like to be a child who knows what they like.

Red is best because it just is - and Mom doesn't understand. For parents who despair of convincing their children to vary their choices.
