Of the job interview and job search books that I've read (and I've read a TON), this is one of my top 3. It is extremely helpful and provides concrete tools to help any job hunter to improve their ability to increase productivity on the job hunt, land good interviews and then ace them. It's a must have that I have now purchased for my personal collection.
