A rather weak book... should be reclassified as a children's book.

There are a few useful morsels of negotiating wisdom here, but most of it is fluff. The whole book feels superficial and hurried, like it's written for someone too busy for a substantial reading. Sadly, this is probably exactly who it's written for.
