I don't agree with how all the storylines wrapped up but it's still a great show with fantastic period costumes and incredibly detailed production design.

When watching this final season Part 2 of Mad Men I kept thinking "Where are they going with this?". The show does wrap things up quite nicely, but maybe a little too rushed (that's to be expected sometimes when you know this is your final season) especially with Peggy and Joan. I did like the closure with Pete and of course Don Drapers. They invested most of their time into the lead character and in my opinion was a good ending.

This was a good end to the series, but not tremendous. Something just seemed to be missing, it was anti-climactic. Visually, this is definitely the best looking series of all time! I was seduced by the '60s fashion. But, I could never get as hooked into this series as I do with Breaking Bad, for example.

It just seemed to be lacking the flair and connectedness earlier seasons had. Everyone ends up going their separate ways without goodbyes and the ones that do occur seem trite and impersonal given everything these characters have been through together. I can understand where Don ended up. But how he chose to deal with family issues made no sense. Nice to see the Coke commercial again even though it's about as healthy as doctor's used to believe smoking was.
